In terms of price, you get more for your money by buying land and letting us help you build, than by buying in a standard project from a developer. Owning the plot is also an extra security.
Even if you don’t live in the area and in fact not even in Spain, you can feel close to the project and the process thanks to Tom’s photos and videos and through close contact with Mona who is the link between constructor, architect and you as a customer. You discuss everything from the floor plan to the choice of materials, colors and decor, which Mona / Wergeland Design who has helped hundreds of customers during our 20 years in Spain. It is also reassuring to have us only a few minutes away from the project, and to know that we speak English with you and Spanish with the developer. It makes it easier for everyone.
