Who are we?
We, Mona and Tom Wergeland, owners and responsible for the business in Wergeland & Partners. Mona has a Master’s in property management and real estate from Spain, and in economics from Sweden and has also worked for several years with design and interior design in Scandinavia. Tom is a salesman with a very long career in the IT industry before it became real estate agent instead. For Tom, your wishes and needs are in focus, and he will make sure to find something that is perfect for you.

We have been permanent residents in Spain since 2005 and have run the business for the same length of time. With so many years of experience in arranging homes and design / interiors in one of Europe’s most expansive regions, we can safely say that our experience benefits you as a customer.
