La Manga Club is located on the Costa Calida, the warm coast, in the Murcia region. Enjoy 320 sunny days a year and the mildest winter climate in all of mainland Europe! The resort has very good access with only a 10-15 minute drive from the historic port city of Cartagena and less than 30 min. to Murcia-Corvera airport (RMU) and approx. one hour to Alicante (ALC).

La Manga Club is a very well run resort and thanks to over 50 years of continuous investment in the area, with the aim from the start to be a Resort beyond the ordinary, we can happily state that La Manga Club is still at least as popular. Year after year, the resort is nominated (also wins) awards for best golf course and best hotel/resort in Spain and Europe. There are over 20 restaurants and bars here that offer everything from Spanish cuisine to Indian, Asian and Italian, to name a few. A 5-star Grand Hyatt hotel and SPA, three golf courses, tennis center and gym are also part of La Manga Club.

With a great location at La Manga Club is the Las Acacias area where there are a total of 29 plots of land varying in size from 500 m2.

+500 m2 plot where you can build your dream home with our help. The property's area is a maximum of 200 m2 over 2 levels + a lower floor of a maximum of 100-110 m2, in total up to 310 m2.

All plots are regulated for detached houses in a modern style with a private pool.

Plot prices: From 195.000 to 242.000€ + VAT (21%).

Financing: We can help with financing offers. Possible to apply for a construction loan in a Spanish bank prior to approval of the project.

Time frame: When you are the owner of the plot, we will start preparing the housing project itself together with you and our architect. When it is finished and you are satisfied with the result, we apply for a building license. Construction can start as soon as the license is available. Our team helps with all paperwork.

Payment terms, the construction: By further agreement. Following the construction.

Purchase costs are added (a total of 23-24% for land and 12-13% for the house)
